West Palm Beach-based Platform Specialty Products agreed to acquire part of OM Group, with an affiliate of Apollo Global Management getting the rest of the company.
Platform Specialty (NYSE: PAH) will pay $365 million in cash for the electronic chemicals and photomasks business of Cleveland-based OM Group (NYSE: OMG).
