The Broward County Commission will consider two major development proposals for the first time on June 9, the expansion of a Hollywood shopping center and a residential project in Coral Springs.
Kimco Realty wants to expand Oakwood Plaza with a 21,621-square-foot commercial/retail building. The property on the north side of Sheridan Street just east of Interstate 95 already has 134,481 square feet of retail plus a movie theater and office space.
