Polo Mall LLC, an affiliate of New York-based Blackpoint Partners, sold the 132,241-square-foot property at 816 S. Military Trail to FREP III - Polo Grounds LLC, an affiliate of Tampa-based Forge Capital Partners. The price equates to $126 per square foot.
The buyer assumed a $10.48 million mortgage with Wells Fargo Bank.
