The Cayon Family L.P. No. 2, led by Maurice Cayon in Hialeah, sold the 60,938-square-foot shopping plaza to Doral-based W 12th Ave Investment. Marcus & Millichap’s Drew A. Kristol and Kirk D. Olson represented the seller while Miami Gables Realty’s Adrian Gonzalez represented the buyer.
