Delta Air Lines President Edward H. Bastian and wife Anna Marie Bastian landed a condo in the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Singer Island for $7.3 million.
Caprice I LLC, managed by Susan P. Lovejoy, sold the 7,445-square-foot condo to the Bastians. He was named president of Delta in 2007 and earned total compensation of $9 million in 2014.He was previously the CEO of Northwest Airlines.
The unit in the building at 2700 N. Ocean Drive last traded for $5.06 million in 2008.
