Boris Jordan, a Russian-American private equity fund owner, paid $20 million for a penthouse unit in the new 321 Ocean Drive condominium in Miami Beach.
Jordan is president and CEO of the Sputnik Group, which he launched in 1998 and used to invest in a host of companies in Russia and the Ukraine, especially in the media and publishing industry.
