The price of the previously announced sale of the Palm Beach Outlets has been revealed in court records as $267.1 million – one of the biggest deals in South Florida this year.
The price equates to $581 a square foot for the 460,000-square-foot mall, at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach. It was built in early 2014 by Palm Beach Mall Holdings, which is the team of New England Development, Eastern Real Estate and Lubert-Adler.
