Developers celebrated the topping off of Surf Club Four Seasons this week.
The luxury development in Miami-Dade County's town of Surfside is branded and managed by the Four Seasons, and is expected to open Spring 2016.
Once delivered, Surf Club will have an 80-room Four Seasons Hotel and two 12-story residential towers with 150 units and 12 penthouses. The near-complete project will also have two restaurants, four swimming pools, a spa, a fitness center and a private membership club.
