Miami-based Pipeline Workspaces sold a minority stake in the company at a valuation of $15 million.
Fund Management Group CEO Gordon G. Pratt has been a member of Pipeline Brickell, the shared workspace company’s first location, for two years. His investment comes as Pipeline considers new locations in South Florida, Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver and Dallas.
