Marriott-brand hotel in Fort Lauderdale sells for $48.1 million

Noble Investment Group has acquired the Renaissance by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port hotel for $48.1 million, according to Broward County property records. NF III Ft. Lauderdale LLC, an affiliate of the Atlanta-based hospitality real estate investment firm, bought the hotel at 1617 S.E. 17th St. in Fort Lauderdale from RFL MTGL8, LLC, a company managed by Diego Rico in Palm Beach Gardens. RFL MTGL8, LLC sold the 225-room property for a 20.3 percent profit over its purchase price of $40 million…
