Hammock Plaza in the West Kendall area of southern Miami-Dade County was sold for $10.5 million.
Hammock Plaza Inc., a Miami-based company managed by Jose Hevia and Manuel R. Hernandez, sold the 48,995-square-foot retail center at 11735 S.W. 147th Ave. to Coral Gables-based Hammock Plaza Center LLC. The price equates to $214 per square foot.
Popular Community Bank provided a $10.5 million mortgage to the buyer, with attorney Kevin L. Deeb signing as the owner’s representative.
