
Real estate broker Edie Laquer’s lawsuit, seeking an ownership stake in the $1.5 billion Miami Worldcenter project, has been revived after an April 22 ruling by Florida's 3rd District Court of Appeal.
The mixed-use project, on 27 acres on the north side of downtown Miami, is one of the largest developments in the region, with retail, restaurants, condos and a convention center hotel.
