Romero Britto, a Miami-based artist, has filed a lawsuit against technology giant Apple and two illustrators. He alleges the companies used his company's copy-written intellectual property for marketing purposes.
Britto Central, his company, is seeking an immediate injunction to impede what he says is infringement on his brand and up to $100 million in punitive damages and attorney fees, according to announcement.
