Empire Office has entered into an agreement to acquire Office Elements in Pompano Beach, CEO Peter Gaslow announced this week.
The commercial furniture dealer will move Office Elements' showroom and its 11 employees to Boca Raton in the next three to four months, said Company Spokeswoman Chrissy Rosado, in an email.
An address for the new showroom has not been confirmed and terms of the deal were undisclosed. Empire will maintain its regional hub in Hollywood.
