Holiday Retirement, a portfolio company of Fortress Investment Group (NYSE: FIG), acquired the Windward Palms independent living facility near Boynton Beach.
Boynton Beach Retirement Residence, an affiliate of Seattle-based Hawthorn Management Services, sold the senior center at 8440 S. Military Trail for $24.08 million to SNR 24 Windward Palms Owner, part of Holiday Retirement. The buyer is already featuring Windward Palms on its website.
