Testa’s Restaurant asks Palm Beach to OK expansion with condos

The owner of Testa’s Restaurant in Palm Beach will ask the city to approve a larger facility with condos atop it. Testa’s has served up meals on the wealthy island town since 1921, and has been at its current location since 1946. Its property, at 221-231 Royal Poinciana Way and 214-216 Sunset Ave., is currently owned by T3 Family Investments. The 1.2-acre site has a small restaurant and an old gas station.
