Prologis rounds out $62M in Broward warehouse purchases with another deal

Prologis completed its $61.8 million warehouse acquisition spree in Broward County by purchasing a sixth building. The industrial REIT (NYSE: PLD)’s Prologis 3659 SW 30th Avenue LLC affiliate paid $11.36 million to Port 95-3 for a 99,468-square-foot building at the same address in Hollywood. The seller is managed by Charles M. Kelsey III in Pembroke Pines. John Hancock Life Insurance Co. financed the deal with a $5.24 million loan.
