Rilea Group proposes apartments/retail near Dadeland Metrorail station

Rilea Group filed an application to Miami-Dade County to build a pair of apartment and retail towers near the Dadeland North Metrorail Station. The two-acre site is the southern end of the Ludlam Trail owned by Florida East Coast Industries, which wants the county to approve building a linear park along the 6.2-mile abandoned railway.
