The Florida Supreme Court disciplined six South Florida attorneys in recent actions brought by The Florida Bar. The actions:
David Joseph Berger, of North Miami, was suspended until further order, effective 30 days from an April 8 court order. Berger was found in contempt for failing to respond to official Bar inquiries. Daniel Robert Doorakian, of West Palm Beach, will be publicly reprimanded following an April 2 court order. Between November 2009 and July 2013, Doorakian has been arrested, convicted…
