Pembroke Professional Center sold for $12M

Three years after it was taken in foreclosure, the Pembroke Professional Center in Pembroke Pines was acquired for $12.15 million. ACM Rock Springs, a Coral Gables-based company managed by David Moret, sold the 110,683-square-foot office complex at 9050 Pines Blvd. to two companies managed by Arnold Wax in Aventura.
