Doral among fastest growing U.S. cities

Doral was the third-fastest growing city in the nation by percentage last year, according to new data by the U.S. Census. The western Miami-Dade County suburb and business hub had a population of 54,116 on July 1, 2014, up 7 percent over the previous year. Among cities with at least 50,000 residents, San Marcos, Texas ranked first with growth of 7.9 percent followed by Georgetown, Texas at 7.6 percent.
