Inspectors temporarily shut down 7 South Florida eateries for failed inspections
Health inspectors temporarily closed down seven South Florida eateries for failed health inspections last week, according to a report from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation released Tuesday:
Cathay Chinese Restaurant at 13772 S.W. 152 St. in Miami was ordered to close July 13. Inspectors cited the restaurant for 25 code violations, including four critical issues. They found more than 60 roaches crawling in the kitchen area. The restaurant reopened the next day after passing…
