A member of Sunglass Hut’s founding family sold his mansion in Miami’s wealthy Brickell neighborhood to Terra Group President David P. Martin and wife Christina Martin for $14 million.
Dean Ziff is the son of Sanford Ziff, who founded Sunglass Hut in 1971. Dean Ziff was a co-owner of the company with his father until they sold their stake in 1991.
