The developer of Faena House made another blockbuster sale as a buyer paid $29.17 million for the second penthouse in the Miami Beach condominium.
Alan Faena’s building at 3315 Collins Ave. has made international headlines in recent months, including the $60 million sale of its largest penthouse that ranks as South Florida’s biggest condo sale, and sales to Wall Street titans such as Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein.
