Vantage Hospitality Group is getting ready to start construction on its second-ever bricks-and-mortar development project.
Representatives from the Coral Springs-based company said that the Lexington Inn & Suites project slated for Dania Beach near Port Everglades is nearing the end of its approval process, with its landscaping plans going before Broward County later this month.
